We want to be fully transparent about how and when your order arrives. Here is everything you need to know.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@taevi.com.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. TAEVI has no control over these fees.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours or building management first. If it's still missing, email us at support@taevi.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, take photos and email us immediately at support@taevi.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
