Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, choose your size and colour, then click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@taevi.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.


Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most of our clothing runs true to size. Specific fit notes are included in each product description. When in doubt, check the measurements listed on the product page.


Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 10–20 business days. Express shipping (5–10 business days) may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and available shipping options may vary by location.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — is that normal?

Yes, tracking updates can sometimes pause for several days during international shipping — especially during customs clearance. This is completely normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 days, email us and we'll investigate.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Email support@taevi.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Email us at support@taevi.com immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — and you don't need to return the item.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and the funds will appear in your account within a further 3–5 business days depending on your bank.


Products

Are your products good quality?

Yes. Every product in our collection is carefully reviewed for material quality, construction, and finish before it's listed in our store. We focus on pieces that look and feel premium at an accessible price point.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Popular items often restock. Email us at support@taevi.com with the item you're interested in and we'll let you know when it's available again.
