30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We don't believe in making returns complicated — if something isn't working for you, we want to fix it.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that are unworn and unwashed
- Items with original tags still attached
- Items in original condition (no stains, odours, or damage)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Worn or washed items
- Items purchased on final sale (marked clearly at checkout)
- Swimwear and underwear for hygiene reasons
How to Start a Return — 3 Easy Steps
- Email us at support@taevi.com with your order number and reason for return
- We reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions
- Send it back and we process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Just mention it in your return email and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologise. This is our mistake and we will fix it immediately:
- Email support@taevi.com with your order number and a photo of the item
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours
- You do not need to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
